This project involved the development of logo, stationery and application guidelines for a regional governing body for public health services. Users ranged from hospitals to community health clinics and the identity had to capture the personality and image of the Thompson Health Region, while supporting the distinctiveness of each of their service providers.

The identity links the internationally recognized symbol for health care—the cross—with the unique geographic features and colour palette of the region. The path of the river winding into the sunset also symbolizes the variable involvement of health care providers in the constituents’ lives. This emphasizes the health care providers’ role not only as healers, but also as advisors on healthier living.
